Love trees this Valentine's Day

Need a tree? Have unwanted saplings in your garden?

CA-WN has organised a 'Give and Get' tree event in Northampton on  Valentine’s Day, Saturday 14 February . The exact location will be shared with sapling donors and those hoping to make a home for a new tree.

DONATIONS WELCOME
Carefully remove any young trees that are growing in the wrong place in your garden. Using a long spade carefully dig round it and lift as much of its roots as possible. Bag it or pot it and bring it along at 2.00pm. We will aim to identify each donation ready for collection.

NEW HOMES WELCOME
Come along at 3.00pm and check out the available trees.

CAN’T MAKE IT?
You don’t have transport, or the date may be wrong? Don’t worry, email trees@ca-wn.org and briefly outline whether you have a tree to donate or are looking to fill a hole in a hedge, plant a feature tree or simply want to increase the variety of habitats in your garden. Include your postcode and we will do our best to match-make.
