Watch this space - Mike's talk will be available to read in CA-WN Exchange at a later date. In summary he said that climate change will have a profound impact on our natural environment. We need to be prepared to adapt because as far as Northampton and the UK are concerned we cannot be sure what is coming, or how fast. All we know is that we can't stop it and there are likely to be surprises.
Dates of future meetings
Thursday 19 March - Caroline Kuzemko, Professor of Political Economy and Climate Change at Warwick University on 'Politics and Climate Change'
Thursday 16 April - Dr Colleen Golja from Imperial College, London, on the science of climate change and how it is likely to impact the UK.
