## CONSTITUTION

CA-WN is constituted as an Unincorporated Association. You can see how we operate as an organisation in our Constitution:

## MEETINGS

We have monthly online General Meetings, usually on the third Thursday of every month. These are open to anyone, and bookable through our Eventbrite page. ## MEETING MINUTES AND RECORDINGS

## Policies

**Data Protection/GDPR**  
CA-WN handles all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation. Details of this are in our [Data Privacy policy](http://ca-wn.org/MemberDocs/CA-WN%20Privacy-GDPR%20Policy.pdf?ref=exchange.ca-wn.org). We do not collect any sensitive personal data.

**Safeguarding**  
As a Friends of the Earth Local Action Group, we follow the [FoE guidance](https://groups.friendsoftheearth.uk/resources/safeguarding-guidance?%5Fga=2.207886354.1277123045.1653333652-27828778.1626094527&ref=exchange.ca-wn.org) on safeguarding.

**Political impartiality**
